✸ Reference photos of the people/pets you’d like painted. If you'd like multiple subjects but can’t find one of everyone in the same photo, just send over multiple and I can create a new scene!
✸ Description of what you’d like the finished artwork to look like - outfits, poses, any preferred/disliked colours - the more details the better! (e.g my dog wearing a knitted red beanie with a grassy vignette background)
✸ Which background you’d like (plain colour, a decorative frame border, vignette, fully detailed background - see pricing below)
✸ Whether you’d like the original artwork mailed to you OR a digital version by email. The finished piece is size A4 (8.3 " x 11.7 ") and the original is shipped to you from the UK. If you’d prefer to receive a digital file and not have to pay for shipping, please let me know and I will send a scan of the artwork instead.
Upon receipt of a 50% deposit, I will design a rough colour sketch which I will email to you for approval. The remaining payment is then due, so I can make any revisions for the final artwork, before sending the finished piece to you.

✸ What’s the difference between the original artwork or a digital scan? ✸
Digital scan: Your custom portrait will be emailed as a high-resolution PNG file (300 dpi). I will edit the scan in Photoshop to colour-match the original as closely as possible. Both a CMYK and RGB version will be attached, so you can use whichever printer you like.
Original artwork: Your custom portrait will be A4 (8.3 " x 11.7 ") and shipped to you from the UK with tracking. All artworks are packaged with the environment in mind - I use rigid cardboard mailers, compostable PLA sleeves, and paper-based tape.
✸ How much does shipping cost? Do you ship internationally? ✸
I ship to the UK and internationally (except to EU countries due to GSPR), and the shipping costs will be included in your quote. I do not make any money from shipping, these are the fees I pay for postage and packaging!
Shipping within the UK (Royal Mail Tracked, 3-5 working days)...........£4
International shipping (Royal Mail Tracked, 7-20 working days)..........£18
Most small packages clear international customs just fine, but please note it is the buyer's responsibility to cover any customs duties/taxes that may incur.
✸ What payment do you accept? ✸
All orders will be invoiced in (£)GBP via PayPal, which accepts credit and debit cards, and you don't need an account to make payment. International buyers are responsible for any currency conversion fees from your card provider.
✸ What is your refund policy? ✸
Due to the hand painted, one-of-a kind nature of these pieces, refunds and returns are not accepted. If your portrait gets lost in the mail or arrives damaged, please contact me and we will sort something out!
✸ How long will it take? ✸
I will send the rough sketch within 7 days of receiving payment and the final artwork within 14 days of receiving your feedback on the sketch. If you’re receiving the original artwork in the mail, please allow up to 5 working days for UK orders and up to 20 working days for international orders.
